About the author
Jose J. Ruiz is CEO and Managing Partner of Alder Koten (executive search) and Chairman and Managing Partner of Anker Bioss (organization and people advisory). He is also Chairman of IMD International Search Group, an alliance of independent search firms in 26 countries. Both firms are part of the Elavant Group, alongside Talentapy. He works across the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Canada, writes in English and Spanish, and is based in Houston, Texas.
